Abstract

E-Resources & Libraries 2018 update on the Transfer code of practice. The Transfer Code of Practice is a NISO recommended practice that provides best practices for publishers when journals transfer from one publisher to another. Additionally, it provides librarians and other information supply chain stakeholders with notifications when those transfers occur.
