Substance Use Disorders Among Older Ohioans - The Need for Policy Change

Abstract

Nearly four million older Americans are struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs). This report reviews the current political landscape surrounding this crisis at the local, state, and federal levels. Recommendations are provided to better address SUDs among older adults in the future.
